Dhisha ("we", "our", "the app") provides Vedic astrology-based stock screening and prediction tracking. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, and either a password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text) or, if you sign in with Google, the email and basic profile info Google provides.
• Subscription/purchase status: whether you have an active subscription, handled through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment card details — Google Play processes those directly.
• App usage data you provide: portfolio positions and watchlist entries you add, and which stocks/screener results you view.
• Standard technical data: basic request logs (IP address, timestamp, endpoint) kept briefly for security and debugging.

We do not run advertising or third-party tracking/analytics SDKs in the app.

How we use this information

• To create and authenticate your account, and keep you signed in.
• To determine your subscription tier and unlock the features you've paid for.
• To show you your own portfolio, watchlist, and prediction history.
• To send account-related email (email verification, password reset) — never marketing email without your consent.

Who we share data with

We don't sell your data. It's shared only with the service providers that make the app work, each only for that specific purpose:

• Google (Sign-In & Play Billing): authentication and subscription/payment processing.
• RevenueCat: subscription entitlement management — receives your purchase/subscription status, not payment details.
• Resend: delivers transactional email (verification, password reset) on our behalf.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email [email protected] — we'll process the request within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Dhisha is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all traffic and hashed password storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
